You'll feel like you're living in a fairytale. the staff is also exceptional - always helpful, polite, and happy to assist you. Plus, being just a 15-minute drive from Amsterdam, it's convenient for exploring the city.

The laundry facilities can be quite tedious to use. the need to buy coins from the front desk, combined with broken machines and a long wait, can be frustrating.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to both Amsterdam and Harlem. the nearby train station provided easy access to these cities, making it convenient for exploring. the rooms were comfortable, with modern amenities such as a large bath and shower. the outside seating and dining area was great for enjoying the natural surroundings.

Cleanliness seemed to be an issue at the hotel. There were complaints about dust on the floors and dirty dishes in the kitchen.
